Geoff is correct, I am in West Africa these days, happily without the ever increasing paperwork of the NHS! I can however make a small comment re service manual. I do have one, and, frankly, it's almost a total waste of space! There's a vague block diagram, and a wiring diagram that gives as much info as taking the lid off and looking for about 5 seconds! The rest is basically a duplication of the user manual. I don't think that there's too much need to make adjustments to the pots etc, I suspect that they would adjust things like the threshold for the filter replacement indicator, and the idle and other motor speeds.

Oh, thanks for asking how I am..it's raining and a cool 28C here today! Back in the UK I would have the central heating set to around 22C (maybe less, the price of gas being what it now is), now if I find some air-conditioned room that is 25C I almost start shivering!!!
