Battery indicator will always be a problem as by giving battery life remaining as a value in hours and minues is giving a false expectation to the user. The battery life is dependant on speed of infusion similar to that of the VP7000 or indeed any pump. A battery will last longer on 10ml/hr than at 1000ml/hr. A % figure must always be the best option.
