We have recently suffered failures of 2 autoclavable cameras after 2 years of use. The manufacturers service report states "Mechanical Damage or Hot Spots due to being autoclaved in an incorrect manner" As these cost in excess of £13000. each, I wondered if anyone else has experienced this type of problem?
