There's no such thing as a nurse proof piece of equipment!!!! Classic case was one that i have told before where a nurse presented me with a broken casing from a Handley Heparin infusion pump (for those of you not old enough to rememeber, it was made of metal).
When asked how this had happened, she said that she had dropped it (we had vinyl/rubber covered floors). I found out later that she meant she had dropped it out of the window on the 3rd floor!!??
