Perhaps you may like to expand on this "e-learning" business. In the hospital setting, what's wrong with the traditional "class room" (or even
on-the-job) approach to training?
Also, what is "Training Tracker"? A database containing a list of names with dates attended (and due) for each item of relevant training, presumably.
