After the report the healthcare commission recently gave where I work a right royal rollocking, I today get moaned at for not ticking boxes and filling in a sickness report to a member of staff that had a hernia repair and not having my departments holiday form in a locked cabinet...never mind x hundreds of items of medical equipment that haven't been serviced due to lack of staff. I need to retire
