We've just bought a few of these pumps. The clinical staff were impressed and we found them accurate and easy to use. There are lots of nice safety features built into the software and the self-test / calibration routine makes checking them out a doddle.
Our only concern was the clear plastic case which held the pump and the bag. On one of the ones we had for evaluation the plastic was crazed around the hinges and the lock mechanism. The rep assured us that if we had any breakages, Abbott would replace them for us.
