There seems to have been a torrent of requests for manuals (eg, in .pdf format) on here recently, but (as already mentioned) there are reasons why those who run the forum are not always free to help as they personally might wish. A deluge of disappointment, then.

But the need is obviously there, and (let's just say) it is an area that those of us who remain free of the shackles of official policy are looking at ways of addressing!
