Why not get "your people" to obtain the test kit?

I hear they are not as "hard up" as these charity groups sometimes like to have us believe.
And yet again you give me the opportunity to bang the drum:- in the final analysis, it doesn't help anybody by sending donated kit out to wherever, without also giving thought to how it is going to be be supported technically. And, as we all know, that means basic spares (at least), technical documentation, and any test equipment required for routine servicing. Rocket science it ain't!
But please don't bin them. To my mind, that's "new" kit!
