I have most of this stuff, but they are all dead-tree editions - as most manuals for this old stuff are.
Why don't you write directly to manufacturers? In my experience, most of them are quite responsive. The problem is, many companies/brands on your list have changed hands:
Datex = GE
novametrics = respironics
HP = philips
PB = covidien(?)
Siemens servo = Maquet
GE and Philips have online libraries with the old manuals. GE's library is open, Philips' requires a registration.
BTW, Aspect A1050 is an EEG monitor. Single letter - big difference
