Sure;ly it is the cuff size that needs to be correct not the machine. Most machines come with a huge range of cuffs that they work with correctly. I have known thigh cuffs to be used on the arms of large patients where necessary. As the machine is designed to work with these cuffs it will work OK.
Are you needing even bigger cuffs than this????
