Being quite new to this field of work, I found the first one I tried useful and interesting. What was annoying though, was having achived 80% in all the quizzes throughout a 45 minute presentation and passed the course, it gave me 1 second to click on the certificate to download a copy, which I missed!
While I am not about to print out a copy of an online certificate for my own personal gratification, completed as I sipped beer at home, I wonder how someone at work would feel if their manager had expected them to complete this as a module of their training. But they were not told that they have to click the certificate really fast to actually get a copy.
