I doubt that any of those listed have been placed in the Public Domain.
I used to have a couple of those myself (
eg, Carr), but I gave them (all) away a few years ago.
Frankly, with the advent of the internet, I no longer felt the need to keep carting them about every time I moved.
In fact, my advice for any student of biomedical engineering today would be:- write your
own book, using the web as your primarily resource.
