We've had another one in since then. Same fault, oddly enough. I've looked into sourcing the required transformers in the UK. It can be done, but I doubt that the customer(s) will be willing to cough up.
I shall have to continue to live in hope that some surplus units will turn up somewhere. And then hope (beyond hope?) that they don't all carry the same fault! Ha, ha.
