Having the software won't help - Philips give you a log in once you have completed one of their training courses which allows you access to the parts of the software that you are trained for and change it every month - so the software wont work without the log in - contact your local Philips agent to see if he can get you on a training course. The software is very powerful and its very easy to change the wrong settings soi can see why Philips do it
