you should swap the board, don't try to remove chips if you have not enough special tools and schematics diagram. If you don't have new board to replace , you have to make the board extension to check easy the necessary points.You focus on the buffer ICs , some chips OP-AMP hot I am not sure 100% they damaged, may be this is abnormal symptom of OP-AM was led from other stage. You must combinate a lot of data before you decide to replace some component on PCB
You should not replace IC as bingo style , it will destroy the PCB and lead the unit more awful than before. I think it has only one or two components was broken . I never saw all chips broken together unless the case power supply burn them
