I thought I would draw that out. Many years ago I saw cases where "ex-GPO" techs (well, so-called techs) from a "certain country" were brought across to the UK to be trained on biomed kit. As you can probably guess from my preamble, it was a complete waste of time and money, as those guys (as willing as most of them were) were basically ... er, clueless.
