So all the money and effort spent on A4C will have been a complete waste of resources. So the idea of equal pay for an equal job will disapear.
Also, consider the stress of the amount of effort put in by the staff writing their job descriptions and then having to wait for the outcome.
I used to work in the Scottish Borders before my retirement which is traditionally one of the lowest paid areas of the UK. This I believe was a leftover from the "tug your forlock" time when the weaving mills were prosperous.
No! the staff have had enough stress with A4C and don't need another few years of uncertainty!
