Is it a job advert ... or an attempt to avoid paying for a "proper" ad. on the website?
Either way, even I would never consider working for a guy who apparently can't spell the word "engineer"!
Stuff like "sloppy" and "can't be bothered to check" doesn't much appeal (to me) I must admit.
