Probably right Neil, the clue is 'management should look at how 'top' heavy the management system is'. I suppose that would be like turkeys voting for Christmas?
Another think about this little club is it costs £10,000 per a member to join and once it's set up they'll appoint yet another chief exec and project manager to run the cartel.
