I think they will encounter class III equipment that is purely battery powered, for example pacemakers, TENS machine, small portable pulse-oximeters, AED defibs such the FR2.
However two of these actually produce voltages higher than SELV.
Now there is a conundrum. I think that is why it went from being class III to Internally Powered as the classification.
