The IEC 61010-1 earth leakage limits are 0.5mA Normal Condition and 3.5mA Single fault condition. These limits apply if the voltage on accessible conductive parts exceeds 33Vrms Normal Condition or 55Vrms Single Fault condition

The standard numbering does get confusing. The standard was first published as an IEC standard, hence IEC 1010-1. It was then adopted a European Norm. The numbering convention is to put a 6 in front of the number hence EN 61010-1. We adopted it as a UK standard so it becomes BS EN 61010-1.
