Cheers Geoff! It went pretty well for a first day I think! I was shadowing an experienced guy, and attended to a ventilator which was failing a leak test. Turned out just to be a worn O ring, so it seems that Medical equipment can indeed be very similar to industrial equipment after all!
Spent the rest of the day assembling roller stands and mounting blood pressure/spO2 machines to them, and performing the associated electrical safety tests. I quite enjoyed it!
