Is there some other problem (fault) with the machine ... or is it otherwise working OK?
Also, when does this code appear?
On some Hamilton machines (the
Galileo for example) what we might call "error codes" are described (in the manual) as "technical events" - and some are not error conditions, at all.
For instance (again, for the
Galileo), technical event 2428 "initializes the alarm buffer index" (!) - and "ability to ventilate a patient is not compromised"! That is, no action is required.
