My rant is not anti english. Me - a staunch unionist. I wouldn't dare - my dear wife is English. Anyway she is taking me out for a birthday meal tonight. Did I tell you it's now officially 12 months to go and counting? I'm begining to use the word last an awful lot now. As in last christmas in the NHS etc.
