Just a small aside to this (I have signed by the way), there was a letter in the Sunday Times from a gentleman who had a "black box" tracking device fitted to his car as part of his insurance with Norwich Union.
He has had to have the box removed as it continually drained his battery!!!! Apparently this is a known problem but with no resolution.
