I agree about BTPS, STP, ATP Trigger, etc.

Another very important point to consider, particularly since you have mentioned measuring flow is the RESISTANCE to flow introduced by the measuring device,(a bit like your ammeter).

As a pointer what are the publicised resistances to flow for both devices, (can you find the answer for example in the
RT 200 manual??????????????

If anyone out there has attempted to check the flow rates from a East Healthcare Blower Model BH 5 with a RT 200 they will have failed the BH 5 every-time, (or the RT 200).

Try making a measuremment with a Ferraris/Wrights Respirometer and also find the resistance to flow value for the device.

They are all of different resistance to flow and they effect your measured values.
