We have recently gone over to W10 in our trust and spoke to It before the move. They looked at what we required and helped with getting the older systems working on the new PC's. BD were very helpful with connectivity for the Alaris, T34 pumps and have even provided USB to serial adapters as that's how the software connects now. We use RS 687-7806 as it is simple to install and works with other devices in W10 such as Rigel 288's.
