I'm a little concerned by this take over, we replaced our O2 flowmeters and suction regulators with Therapy's diamond range and have always had a great working relationship with them, the last 3 months or so our long term rep has left the company and we have contacted them several times to find out who our new rep is....no reply.
Hopefully this isn't a sign of what's to come.
