I often go in and work with the teams to look at the ergonomics of the area. Sometimes this is easy and the staff come on board, sometimes they hate me. But once you start ordering parts on their cost codes they take a different view..... Another thing you could consider is getting somebody to sign off a document for you to switch the height adjustment off in the options as a prevention. Or to put them on very expensive contracts.....
