Have a look to see if the manufacturers offer an integration engine for this exact purpose, by triage i'm guessing you mean like a central monitoring station like Geoff says above? if no luck there are many third party ones that exist, that deal with all kinds of types of frames for HIS but it really does depend on many factors and what's best for you.
