There is some really good advice in this thread, specifically what Mike mentions above is spot on and how a number of organisations approach this.
Also it might be worth reaching out to other departments/trusts to see what they do because if you are having these conversations no doubt others would have too and they maybe able to provide some insight I'm pretty sure devices like autoclaves are covered under 61010 so are there any in your trust? Maybe talk to estates or your local sterilisation hub if not.
