The Rigel is decent, but the reliability of the Bluetooth connection is driving me nuts at the moment.
I like the look of the Fluke but it's not far off twice the cost of the Rigel. Though it is a more fully featured and modern device, so I don't think a direct price comparison fits.
Waiting on pricing for the vPad but it's looking like somewhere between the Rigel and the Fluke so seems promising!
