We at present are trialing the 223 circuit on our Neonatal Unit; we previously had a problem with rain out due to our air conditioning units on the ward.
These circuits have served their purpose and have dramatically reduced the amount of rain out in the expiratory limb - a very good product indeed, and well worth trialing.
