Bill, is signal strength so poor north of the border
Don't you receive other channels, only EBC1
You could partake of Birdwatch with Bill Oddie or Location, Location .... (probably some English getaway though)
Maybe there is a buying property abroad prog on Ch5, (probably some Englishman after a holiday home in the Highlands)
I agree Bill, stick with EBC1. You never know the Hungarians may stuff us or break a few other metatarsels.
Why worry, Be happy!

3-1 !!!! Speaks for itself. However, I must admit the first 40 minutes were boring, but after Beckham stepped up a gear and John Terry got in the box, things changed. A good win and hopefully a sign of things to come.

Hi Bill,
Not a bad game last night, only problem was that the game was held at 'theatre of nightmares'. We are deperate for shrek to play if we stand any chance of progressing into 1/4 final stages. lots of seats left last night? considering potential world beating material on show? Ive got tickets for sat game, not sure if i can visit Manchester twice in one week, against my religion.
marks out of 10. A cole 7, crouch (Bean) 8.5, lampard 7, gerard 7, keeper 7, new kid 5, Owen 7.5, Terry Campbell ferdinand all 8, neville 7, J Cole, 7.5, Hargreaves 6.

Rob I think you are doing a disservice to Lampard and Gerrard with your scoring and they were much better than Owen. Joe Cole deserves at least 8.5 and what about Beckham, his crosses and set pieces were brilliant!!

Kawasaki,
Forgot about Beckham, we were sat directly behind his cross field passes, effortless. I am looking forward to Saturdays game, ive got tickets on the half way line 3 rows back in the north stand, should be interesting.

Lets not forget Peter Crouch's contribution, he will be remebered as the man who re-invented robotic dancing. On the matter of balls forget the round one and remember Jonny Wilkinson's superb drop goal rewarding ENGLAND with the RFU World Cup. That was only 3 years ago and not 40!!! Some how don't think we will have to wait too long for the next one.

Sorry guys but I have just filled in my World Cup predictor and while you are on course to win your group after drawing with Sweden you will get knocked out at the Quarter Final stage by Portugal. My predictor also goes onto reveal that Brazil will beat Italy in the final !! Any thoughts ?? Hey Mr Rojo want to talk cricket today ??

So.... one lost game. Still the rest of the series to go. That is if the best player is fit enough.... Broken bones in the foot, since when was this a contagious disease? Should I warn the infection control team? Robert
My spelling is not bad. I am typing this on a Medigenic keyboard and I blame that for all my typos.

Let's face it, England are going to win the world cup. It's not a devine right, we've just got a better team than anyone else!
Bill, What did your World Cup Predictor throw up for France in the 2002 World Cup? Or Argentina? Rooney back for the knock out stages and Theo Walcott to come on in the Final and bag a winner. It's already written.
And with the Cricket World Cup next year we could be Triple World Champions! Och aye the noo!!
