Does anybody know a company that I can lease some bio-med test equipment from.... lionheart, pressure tester, temp simulator etc?....ideally just short term, 3 to 6 months.

I think all the test equipment companies are happy to rent or lease equipment. I know Qados do (and the rest probably do too ).
