Hi Richard, you are correct!

All of the other tech's where banded against the Medical Engineering Technicians profiles. In addition, the head of dept. a Clinical Scientist/ Medical Physicist, (Grade C*) got a band 8c (appealing).

From our point of view, it looks like it's
"MTO(x) + 3 = banding". Although it's clearly not like that across the country!

eee its a funny old world M.T.O 5*** = 8 B and appealing ,we are estates officers here I will convert us to MTO's to simplify matters

2 x MTO 1s = band 4
5 x MTO 3s = band 5 appealing
2 x MTO 3** = band 6
1 x MTO 4*** = band 7
1 x MTO 5*** = band 7 appealing

What can you say thats not been already said

a Equipment Library coordinator here that has just been banded:

from A&C 5 to Band 4 top scale

Anual Pay has decreased but London fringe has increased meaning that I get an extra £1 in my take home wages. Therefore not entitled to pay protection. they get you every which way!!
It is being looked into!!!!!
