Being nice to nurses is a form of insurance. You never know when your going to end up on their ward ! Be warned ! It's the same as treating your children well. It's them who will decide which nursing home you end up in.

Wise words Roy you never know when your going to need pain relief at 02:00hrs do you? On a slightly more serious note do the night staff have easy access to EBME services at night? If so how does the system work, on call or shift work?
