Im looking at buying a new vent tester. At present we have a BIOTEK VT-I & a Timemeter RT200.
Has anyone bought a new tester recently and would you be willing to let me know your thoughts on the one you bought and any others you tried.

We purchased a Biotek/Fluke VTPlus and have been generally pleased with it. We used to have a Timeter but getting it calibrated was real pain. If you are seriously looking at the Timeter check the calibration turnround as ours was usually away for 3 month at a time.

The certifier (Ive found out) is not marketed here, but ithe USA will sell you one.
As for the Timemeter, its getting a bit long in the tooth. Delays (Im informed) can be 4 months.

Of course you may all buy a Certifier. We sell it from TSI AB in Sweden, just drop me a line if you have any questions. It is perfectly alright even if you are just curious and don't intend to buy one smile

The Certifier is portable, low-cost (less than half the price of competing devices) and with high performance. http://www.tsi.com/biomedical/biomedical.htm
