Hello

Does anyone know if there is anyone who manufactures a generic tympanic calibrator or tester.

I have used a genius one in the passed but i'm really looking for something that can check more than one particular make of device more for accuracy testing.

any ideas as i've only come across this

The only real "universal" method is to use a black body source such as this.
We use this device here for all our tympanic devices prior to any formal calibration exercise. Once you get used to it and making it work, it is a handy field gadget - provided you buy it with its thermal jacket.

Good value product would recommend it.
