We are in the process of finishing a new training facility and for this reason we are looking for medical equipment to help in our product and electrical safety training.
Is there any decommissioned medical equipment available for this purpose? (or in the near future?)
We would welcome;
Ventilator Anastecia machine Diathermy device Infusion pump SPO2 NIBP ECG Defibs
Any form of ME equipment would be considered as valuable for training purpose.
This equipment will not be used for treatment, diagnostics or monitoring, soly for training purpose, and we would be more than happy to sign accordingly.
If you have such equipment available I would be grateful to collect this.
I look forward to your response. (either a private message or email to johnb@seaward.co.uk would do).
many thanks john

Once again, I can but suggest a visit to next Tuesday's auction at Malmesbury. I'm sure your intentions are noble John, but, following on from Jonathan's jibe, I'm also wondering who's going to train the trainer?
If you don't inspect ... don't expect.

Thanks gentleman for helping my English grammar. Notably, i am not an expert of using Anaesthetic equipment and the spelling probably gave tghat away;) The equipment is mainly meant to show a variety of medical equipment used in a hospital environment (including a bed) and to show different classes, points to measure leakage currects and bonding. Other equipment will be used whilst demonstrating test equipment not the actual medical equipment itself. For that, I am not qualified. Thanks for you r comments though and do let me know if equipment becomes available. thanks john

Hi Darren
Thanks. Long time since we last met / spoke. Where would I pick this up? (hartlepool?) As you might know we run some free IEC 62353 seminars across the UK and Ireland next month, perhaps we can meet during one of those seminars. Interested? John
