Not really Geoff, it wouldn't be fair to assume it was any particular reason at this stage, being new to E-MAT, I'm just sounding people out. I'm honestly not certain what the source of the niggling problems that I (we actually but I can only express my personal views on the site) have, is. I'm wondering why problems haven't been sorted on other sites in our trust, within the last 12 months or so, before E-MAT was "rolled-out" onto our site.

Actually John I've had nothing to do with the selection or implementation of E-MAT where I work so I suppose it's not really got anything to do with me "professionally speaking" other than as a low-level user. However that sort of thing has never stopped me from voicing an opinion has it?

We have recently come onboard with the software and have dealt with all implementation issues, who knows we may be able to offer some tips / advice / work arounds to particular problems you may have encountered.
