Hi All
We have a number of the above units where since purchase (4 months) they are experiencing similar faults. The drawer/table where the test strip is placed intermittently jams in. On a number of occasions the test strip pads have come loose and this causes a jam, another is explained away as the table is pushed back inside resulting in a jam. I now have a unit that is jamming continuously without any test strip being used and or being pushed in. The company as usual say it is a user caused fault. Has any one else experienced similar faults and if so the result.?

I had a problem similar to this but found that they were using the incorrect test strips for the machine. I also gave the unit a good clean on the inside. Very little to them but the drawer can be out of place resulting in the unit not knowing the home position. Just a suggestion helped in our case.

We have had continual similar faults here, the drawer jams, and here appears to have been caused by minor damage, albeit very minor, to the sloped plastic ridge on the left hand side (looking from above) of the testing table that opens and closes the door flap.

Hope this hopes.
