Meanwhile, back at the
topic ... yes, of course there should be parking provided for all hospital staff who need it, and I have always considered it very mean-spirited that patients and visitors are charged. After all, they're hardly likely to be there for
pleasure, are they?
On the other hand, I notice that almost every young nurse seems to have a car these days. Some hospitals have a free bus pass arrangement with local bus companies, so perhaps this is the way to go. Personally, I always walk in to work (when I am indeed working), and enjoy it too.
