The Lifapak9 with pacing is the Lifepak9P. Here are a couple of sets of instructions and pictures for the Lifepak9 and the Lifepak9P and a user and technical manual. The pacer model will have controls for turning the pacer function on, setting the current, and the pacing rate. Under the name Physio-Control on the top right of the front panel you will see either Lifepak9 or Lifepak9P as the model. This is the easiest way to tell the difference. Robert
My spelling is not bad. I am typing this on a Medigenic keyboard and I blame that for all my typos.

PS The pacer controls are on the left of the normal two rows of buttons. The top one with a LED in it labelled Pacer turns this function on. The next one down labelled Rate has up and down arrows on it. The bottom control is a rotary knob labelled Current. The Lifepak9 does not have these controls.
Were you asking how an external pacer worked?
Robert

... no he's asking so he knows how much to ask for ( ie, he'll be selling it)! I only hope that a percentage will be coming our way!

I feel your pain! It's best that people have a clue what other forum members are up to. There's nothing at all wrong with selling used equipment (I have been known to do it myself), but it's best to be upfront about it (especially as other sellers have been discouraged in the past).

I wasn't trying to hide anything, just I wont list anything on here or even hint that I am trying to sell anything on here as I know that is a no no (that is why the username has no mention of my company). I just like to be as fully informed as possible. I actually enjoy the knowledge I hope one day to be in a position to help others on here with their questions.

Hiya,
Pull the other one!
Sounds like your on the lookout with a wish list from a prospective buyer rather than selling!
Cheers.

No worries, DanKel, I'm sure your intentions are beyond reproach. But take a tip from an old timer, you'll never get rich helping others on this forum (or any other that I know of, come to that). And here's another tip (more free advice):- why not include your website in your Profile? That's not against the house rules, as far as I'm aware.

Tenuous subject links aside... addresses in sigs are allowed, until said links are pushed too far.
I think Rob H. has hit the nail firmly on the head here...
