Wondering how well received is the on-line request reporting system and do you still have a person to manage the phone line or hotline?

Make the impossible POSSIBLE. I know we all can and it is the wisdom to distinguish one from the other.

Hi Roger

The on line reporting system works very well indeed! We also take all phone calls 24/7 and they are usually investigated immediately (depending on risk)! It is our hospital policy that the end user must raise an on line request regardless of the call! I appreciate what Geoff says about the build up of "false events" but in our opinion a call is a call! Someone still has to attend! Everything is logged! This has also led to us to readily detect where further equipment training may seriously be needed grin
