Yes, "needs must", indeed. I've worked on (inspected, checked-out) many an East humidifier in my time. And I think I may have recounted before the day we decommissioned the last Draeger iron lung found in army medical stores in Germany (it would have been around 1980).
What about the
EMO (draw-over vaporizer)? ... still much sought after in the so-called "developing world".
