Are you finding F-19 and F-03 errors in the error log, if so, check the stepper motor bearings(x2). I've found quite a few that are sticking.

Hello smile Kind of old topic here, but i have one Volumed 5005 pump with F-19 here for service and bearings (peristaltic bearings) are fine. There's nothing on this in service manual, only "F-19 - Home counter high" as description of this error. Anybody solved this F-19 problem without replacing PCB?
