Hi,
I wondered if i could pick your brains please?
When sourcing equipment, (avoiding single tender and all that), is there any credible web type information services that assist in this?
I have carried out the usual searches and have found little info that is trustworthy.
I was thinking of published info on recent trials comparing equipment for eg.
Is there a central "spot" for this?

Define "trustworthy"!

Yes ECRI for one, but you have to PAY!, for xray equipment auntminnie.com (free) This site gives you the basic specs and it is up to you to compare.

Medcompare is another that comes to mind.

But (as Neil says) ECRI is probably the best. It is impartial, and has been doing product comparisons for as long as I can remember (over twenty-five years, at least)!
