Better spell out your terms, Lel, I would suggest (ie, are you giving these copies away)? smile

We would only need a minimal cost to cover paper, ink, postage (if not emailing) & man hours used to copy.

Define "minimal", Mate! For example, £ 20 for the Field Service Manual (£ 50)? Are we talking about "professional quality" copies, or the other kind? Emailing? Are you scanning them in, then? Come on, Lel ... let's have some clarity about these things (don't forget that the "whole world" is watching)! smile

Sorry to possibly spoil your offer, but have you discussed copyright issues with Philips and the other OEMs as they can be rather touchy about such things.

OK, here's the wisdom, Lel. Paul is right, OEM's are a bit touchy about stuff like this been tossed about in open forum. Other ultrasound servicing companies may not be too happy, either (believe me). The documents you mention are (in the right hands) like gold (there's a lot of proprietary stuff in there)!

As a friend, I would advise you not to use this forum in this way, but always check with the good Mr.Huw before making such posts (albeit seemingly harmless to yourself, perhaps) in future! Otherwise, you won't be doing your reputation any good, and your business could well suffer as a result. smile

it's ok, looking at the size of some of them it would take all day to copy so have decided we will reluctantly have to sell instead. so in short anyone reading these posts thinking they would like a copy sorry but we are not able to do so. i was hoping to be able to help everyone who needed a copy but alas not this time frown
